Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally! However, please note that we will ship to the address exactly as provided during checkout. Since I may not be familiar with address formats in every country, I won’t be able to correct any errors. Rest assured, tracking is provided via the shipping merchant, and you’ll be able to follow your order’s journey.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most items are shipped within 2-5 business days. Domestic orders are primarily shipped through USPS, with larger orders being shipped via UPS. For international orders, we typically use FedEx. Shipping times vary based on location, but tracking will always be provided for your convenience.
What is your return/exchange policy?
I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you aren’t happy, please reach out to me within 14 days of receiving your product, and I’ll do my best to resolve any issues. Please note that used, opened, or final sale items cannot be returned, and custom orders are non-refundable.
Will you design a logo for me?
Unfortunately, I no longer offer custom logo designs. There are many talented designers who specialize in this area, and I encourage you to seek them out.
